What is Reiki?
Reiki is a type of energy healing. Energy can become stagnant in the body, this could be caused by physical injury or emotional upset. This can cause energetic blocks within the body and in time could contribute to tension, stress on the body, or illness. Through hands-on healing, energy flows through the practitioner and is transferred to the patient where it is most needed, connecting with the body’s divine wisdom, allowing healing to occur.
Holy Fire III ® Karuna Reiki-
Holy Fire III ® Karuna Reiki is a new form of Reiki. It is gentle yet powerful and can provide healing, clearing, empowerment, guidance, and balance. This healing energy can be delivered by hands-on healing or by distance healing. The Reiki Energy is transferred through the practitioner to the patient directly from Divine Source. This brings the body into deep relaxation, balance, and calm allowing the energy to flow where it is needed most, and guide the body's own inner healing wisdom. This work is beneficial for anyone experiencing energy blocks, helping the individual to heal on a physical or emotional level. Reiki can also help to soothe anxiety, stress, and tension allowing you to transmute the things that were weighing you down so that you can live your life to the fullest.
What is Energy Healing?
Energy Healing is a form of alternative healing based on the belief that vital energy flows through all beings. To maintain physical, emotional, and spiritual health, the body needs space for energy to flow freely. When energies become blocked or stagnant because of trauma (physical or emotional), environmental toxins, or stress it creates a disruption in the natural flow of energy within our body. Over time this can contribute to mental or emotional issues and/or physical ailments or disease. The goal is to remove energy blocks, stuck trauma, and stagnant energy to bring balance and overall well-being to the patient; reducing stress, tension, anxiety and more. Energy Healing comes in different forms and can be unique to your Practitioner.

What to expect:
We will do a short check-in at the beginning of your session. Then we will move to the treatment table where you will lay comfortably, fully clothed and I will use different healing modalities that best suit your current needs. Once our session is complete we will have a short check-in at the end.
In-Person Healing
Bring in balance, peace, and relaxation with hands-on healing in a private setting. I use crystals, oracles cards, and deep intention to set space for you to receive what your body and energy are in need of at the present moment.
Distance Healing
While you lay comfortably in your space, I will sit in peace and calmness, and direct healing Reiki energy to your body and energy field, bringing in the relaxation, and balance you need in the present moment.
Healing sessions available Monday & Wednesday from 10 am- 7 pm and Tuesday & Thursday from 6-7 pm.

I am an Intuitive, Holy Fire™ III Karuna Reiki Master, and a Level III Energy Awareness Practitioner and have been practicing Energy Healing work since 2015.
What I do in sessions is a combination of intuition and different tools I have learned throughout the years. During a session I intuitively connect with your energy and listen to what your system is asking for at that time.
Once I have connected with you and you have shared what you are wanting from your session, I use a combination of healing modalities including Energy Healing, Reiki, Crystals, Oracle Cards, Sound Healing, and Aromatherapy to serve you best. I work to remove energetic blocks, physical discomfort, stress, anxiety, stagnant energy and more. I will work to bring in clarity, peace, grounding, and healing on a physical, mental, and spiritual level
As a child, I was deeply intuitive, but over time, I experienced a suppression of those skills. I began to return to my gifts and my spiritual journey after experiencing a great loss and had deep healing of my own to navigate. After finding how beneficial and rewarding this work can be, I decided to follow the call I felt to help others find the same peace I have found, in their own lives.
I work to help people find healing and balance; to feel peaceful and calm and move into the best version of themselves as they are ready. I deeply value being a guide to help people live their best lives.
I feel a deep connection to crystals and their healing benefits. I have worked with them for years and this connection has inspired me to open a crystal shop (Nov. 2023) in addition to my healing practice.
